Terms of use
Terms governing use of this website and enrolment in PineBase Training programmes.
1. Acceptance
By using https://service-pinebase.click or enrolling in a PineBase Training programme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an enrolment enquiry.
2. Who we are
PineBase Training provides classroom and coaching instruction in price action foundations and chart reading essentials from Office 8, 24 Example Street, London ZZ1 1AA. Contact: hello@service-pinebase.click · +44 20 0000 2180.
3. Training services
Programme descriptions on this site are informational. A binding booking arises only when we confirm your seat or coaching time in writing and any required deposit is received. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, managed accounts, or trade signals.
4. Intellectual property
Course materials, chart packs, worksheets, and website content remain the property of PineBase Training or its licensors. You may use materials for personal study. You may not resell, republish, or teach from them commercially without prior written consent.
5. Student responsibilities
You are responsible for your own trading decisions and risk. Classroom examples use historical or anonymised charts and do not constitute recommendations to buy or sell any instrument.
6. Website accuracy
We aim to keep schedules, rates, and descriptions current. Errors may occur; confirmed invoices and enrolment emails prevail over website copy if they differ.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in England and Wales, PineBase Training is not liable for trading losses, indirect or consequential loss, or decisions made after attending training. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
8. Conduct
We may remove a student from a session or cohort for harassment, disruption, or recording without consent, with refund treatment as set out in our Refund policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights if you reside elsewhere in the UK.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
