How PineBase Training collects, uses, and retains personal data when you enquire about or attend training.

Data we collect
- Identity and contact details you submit on enquiry forms (name, email, message, programme interest, preferred month)
- Correspondence and booking records
- Attendance notes and homework annotations you choose to share for coaching feedback
- Technical data such as cookie identifiers as described in our Cookies policy
We do not ask for passport numbers, payment card fields on this website, or special-category data as part of standard enrolment.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Responding to enquiries and administering bookings — legitimate interests / steps prior to contract
- Delivering training and coaching feedback — contract
- Keeping basic financial records of invoices and deposits — legal obligation
- Optional analytics cookies if you consent — consent
Retention
Enquiry emails without a booking are kept up to 24 months. Enrolment and invoice records are kept for six years to meet accounting needs. Coaching chart packs you send are deleted within 90 days after the final related session unless you ask us to retain them for a follow-up booking.
Sharing
We use email and office productivity providers to operate correspondence. We do not sell personal data. Instructors engaged to deliver your session receive only the information needed to teach.
International transfers
If a provider stores data outside the UK, we rely on an adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement where required.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection in applicable cases. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time via browser controls and by clearing the stored consent key. Complaints may be lodged with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
